Your approach to separate Android and iOS is correct. Android owners do not want to pay for iOS and not use it, and vice versa.

There's no reason a combined version would cost more, especially since i-Studio and Android Converter are clearly the same program, just with different skins and a different set of output profiles. (Actually, Android Converter appears to be an older version of the program, as it's missing some of i-Studio's functionality.)
It's obvious that they've split them out for the express purpose of double-charging those who *do* have both types of devices.
